Majestic Nail Bar Rockwall

Very disappointing! My normal salon nearby was having plumbing issues and was unable to provide services, so I gave this place a try since it was close by. Overall, highly dissatisfied. I personally will never return due to the way I was treated and poor quality of services. I was there for over an hour and was never offered a beverage. Once my pedicure was done I physically got up and stood at the front for at least 5 minutes while the guy helped everyone except me. He even turned to do paperwork and finally looked up with a ‘why are you standing at my counter’ face. I asked him for a glass of wine - wine?!? He said back to me confused. Yes sir WINE. After I explained to him the word he finally made his way to get me a glass. I also watched him make many women mixed drinks and wine over the time that I sat through my pedicure. Must be attending differently to the regulars? Smart. As no glass of box wine could ever make up for their poor service at the end of the day. I proceeded to get my manicure and attached are the photos of that a few hours after service- they speak for themselves. Don’t walk, run- away. And get nail polish remover on the way.

It was my first time using and I have a very mixed review. My nail tech that did my pedicure was great. She did a good job and was very friendly. My nail tech that did my manicure was a completely different story. I left not happy at all with my manicure. There is bubbles, uneven paint and overall looks sloppy. I would not recommend.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST NAIL SALON!!! I have had my nails and toes done for 30 years and have never been more satisfied than I have ever been and it’s this establishment. It’s so clean and everyone is so nice. My nail tech is Erica. All I have to do is pick my color and sit down, she knows already how long and the shape and they are always perfect. I also enjoy my pedicure with Sarah or Tram. They take their time. The best pedicures I’ve ever had. I drive an hour and half just to come here and have for the last 2 years. I cannot express enough how wonderful it is here and how nice and professional the employees are.

Most amazing nail salon that I have every been in. From the meet and greet to the service provided by the nail tech. Sarah has been my tech since they opened and is fantastic!! I’ve been in nail salons all across the US and they are the best by far. The mangers are extremely nice and supportive and all the techs are helpful and friendly.

This was my third time getting a manicure and pedicure here. I got the dip powder with the classic manicure plus a design in gel. For the pedicure I got the signature pedicure with the gel add on total was $57 for the pedicure and for the manicure it was $60. I felt that the nail techs were in a rush to finish since I had made an appointment at 6 and they close at 7. You can see that the two on my toenails were not painted well and that the design pad peeled off the nails because it wasn’t properly sealed so now I have just plain Matte nails. I love the service the first few times but I’m extremely disappointed in this last service. The service was provided on a Tuesday and these pictures were taken on a Friday, just 3 days after the service. I did not pick at the nails or do anything that would cause this much damage to them.

SACE YOUR MONEY!!! if i could give 0 stars, i would. i have been going to majestic since they opened 5 years ago, and have always had great service. my nail tech erica is who i always use and will always use! unlike her coworkers, she takes her time and is gentle with her work. she is not rough and doesnt mind taking longer if it means a better result for her customers. they recently got a new manager and since then, the service has been going downhill rapidly. he talks to me (and im sure other young adults/teens) like im stupid and incompetent. i am 18 and was being talked to like i was 2. he never socializes with customers, rather every time i have been in there he stands at the front desk playing games on his phone. he sometimes misses people walking in or even walking up to pay. today when i went in i was just getting a pedicure and my old nails taken off. this being said i had lyly doing my toes and nails… she first handed me the bowl to soak my nails in acetone as they always do, but rather than soaking for 15 minutes, she had me soak for OVER AN HOUR, until she finished my toes. she would look at them and kept saying “ohh one more time then you’ll be done”. she said that four times before it was actually the last time. at this point i was beyond frustrated as i counted six workers who were sitting around on their phones occupying chairs rather than helping out around the salon. i couldve already had my simple manicure done. when she was working on my toes, she kept scraping my toes on the dryer and scraping paint off, and got frustrated thinking it was my fault. as she was finishing up she could tell i wasn’t happy and asked if i was okay. i politely responded no, i am unsure of why you needed me to soak my nails in acetone to the point my hands dried out and started PEELING. she looked at me like she didnt know what i said, and went back to work. when she started my manicure, she was in such a hurry that she spilled some of the acetone on me and my book i was reading and laughed about it and didnt apologize. then after much time, she finally finished my manicure and painted clear over it. what i didnt realize until i had gotten home was that because of how long she had me soak in acetone, it disintegrated part of my ring!! i now have a big chunk missing out of my ring. in addition - she didnt take all of my dip from my previous nails off before painting them clear!! i drove back up there and talked to the manager (whatever his name is because he doesn’t socialize with customers!!) and he proceeds to say to me: are you mad about your ring? i respond well yes i am because i had this made for me and now i have to pay to get this fixed. at first he trued to claim that it wasn’t the acetone that disintegrated my rung, then i was shocked when he said that if i told him how much the materials cost he would reimburse me. after the ring, i told him about my nails and he said “well what do you want me to do about it?” and i looked at him and told him “i paid for a service that i didnt receive. i want a refund” and he said hesitantly well i guess i could do that for you “ he gave me cash (not the full amount) but i was so over it i took it and ran. below i attached a picture of my ring. you can clearly see the piece missing. if you look at the left edge of the ring you can see it is shaped like a crescent moon, and on the right it is perfectly straight and filled.
